I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I specifically asked for a dark blue color that would not fade green, and I requested that my hair be toned after bleaching. Unfortunately, my concerns were completely ignored. My hair was bleached much lighter than I expected, and the toner I requested was never applied. The bleach was left on for around three hours. During the appointment, I repeatedly mentioned that my scalp was burning, but I was told it was just because of the chemicals and that 40-volume developer had been used. Three days later, my scalp was still inflamed and sore, and my ears had chemical burns. My naturally wavy hair has also been severely damaged. When it’s wet, it feels stringy and mushy instead of healthy, which has been very upsetting. Another concern was that what appeared to be the stylist’s 13-year-old child was also helping apply the bleach. I went in expecting a professional service and left with painful chemical burns and significant hair damage
